Sustainability is easy to talk about. But much harder to deliver.
Despite a host of net-zero commitments and statements on DE&I, we know that many firms are struggling to make noteworthy progress towards sustainable business practices.
To understand the scale of the challenge, we surveyed 281 C-suite executives, 504 next-generation leaders, and 1,482 employees across the industrial sector to answer four questions:
- What proportion of industrial firms have a sustainability strategy in place?
- How much progress do industrial leaders expect to make towards sustainability in the next five years?
- What are the top barriers industrial leaders face to make sustainability happen?
- How can industrial leaders accelerate action to deliver on their sustainability targets?
