Constantine Alexandrakis

Based in Chicago, Constantine Alexandrakis is the Chief Executive Officer of Russell Reynolds Associates and serves on its Board of Directors.

Known for bringing analytical rigor to the art of leadership, Constantine has long championed evidence-based approaches to understanding what makes leaders and leadership teams successful. He has spent his career distilling the mindsets, capabilities, and experiences leaders need to sustain impact over time.

In his book, The Catalyst CEO, he draws on his decades of experience to challenge conventional thinking on transformation and offer a clearer view of what it takes to lead through moments of profound change.

During his more than two decades with RRA, he has completed board director, CEO and other top management succession and search assignments for leading public companies and private equity-backed portfolio companies. He also has expertise in corporate governance, board effectiveness, and succession planning.

As CEO, Constantine is championing Russell Reynolds Associates’ ambition to define the future of leadership advisory, evolving the firm’s strategy, capabilities, and culture to stay ahead of the needs of clients navigating a world being reshaped by AI and accelerating disruption.

Constantine joined the firm in 2004 after serving as vice president of operations for Hostway Corporation, an early cloud services provider. He was also a strategy consultant for Towers Perrin (now WTW). Earlier in his career, Constantine worked as a financial analyst with United Airlines.
