Daria Rokk advises boards, investors, and executive teams on leadership decisions at critical moments of growth, succession, and transformation. She partners with clients across Asian Pacific and internationally on executive and non-executive appointments, leadership assessment, and succession planning.
Based in Hong Kong since 2012, her work spans real assets, financial services, and other regulated, capital-intensive sectors. She advises listed companies, private capital firms, sovereign and institutional investors, multinational corporations, family enterprises, and public-interest institutions on leadership challenges where commercial performance, governance, and stakeholder management intersect.
She also leads Russell Reynolds Associates' Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Government Affairs practice in Asia Pacific. Together with her broader work across sectors, functions, and geographies, this gives her a cross-sector, cross-border perspective on leadership, governance, organizational dynamics, stakeholder management, and the capabilities required to lead through complexity.
Daria previously worked in Human Resources at Airbus, and trained as a legal professional. Outside of work, Daria enjoys mentoring emerging leaders, building lasting relationships, and exploring new cultures and perspectives.
