Lin Liu partners with clients across the financial services industry to identify and develop growth-oriented leaders. Based in Singapore, she brings deep sector expertise, advising private equity firms, banks, sovereign wealth funds, insurers, and asset management companies.
Lin leads the Financial Officers Practice across Singapore and Southeast Asia, specializing in CFO search and succession mandates across a range of industries. She also partners with global clients on cross-border CFO appointments.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lin spent 12 years at Lloyds Banking Group in a range of senior roles, most recently as APAC Deputy Head of Financial Institutions. As a founding member of Lloyds' Asia business, she played a key role in driving strategic initiatives and building trading relationships across a broad range of financial institutions, including banks, sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, and insurers.
Lin began her career with Ernst & Young in the UK, where she qualified as a chartered accountant. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).
