Micha Rosenthal

Based in Stockholm, Micha has a particular focus on CEO and Board searches mainly in the industrial space but also across a broad range of other sectors. He works with global as well as Nordic clients, recently completing assignments for CEOs, Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, and Business Area & Division Presidents. Micha also conducts assessments of management teams both for private equity and listed industrial companies.

Micha has worked in executive search for more than 20 years, including the past 17 at Russell Reynolds Associates. He joined after serving as the Managing Partner of another global executive search firm. He previously founded and led an HR strategy consulting firm and held the roles of COO and Business Development Director of a Swedish executive search firm. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey, working in Sweden, Australia and New Zealand.
