Noah Schwarz is the Global Head of Private Credit at Russell Reynolds Associates, and also serves on the senior leadership team for its Global Private Capital Practice, covering private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, growth and venture capital.
With 25 years of experience in financial services, Noah has developed significant search expertise within the private capital continuum, helping clients recruit senior executives, as well as investment professionals, originators, operating partners, and advisors.
Noah serves as a trusted partner to his clients, helping them navigate GP and portfolio-company needs. His clients include leading private equity/private credit/special situations and distressed funds, as well as investment banks, asset management firms, insurance companies, and family offices.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Noah was a senior partner at another global search firm, serving in its global Financial Services Practice. In that role, he specialized in senior-level searches within the buy-side and sell-side community and provided sponsor coverage to private capital funds and their portfolio companies for board and C-suite assignments.
Before moving into executive search, Noah spent more than five years with Goldman Sachs in a management and strategy role, working closely with senior leaders of the firm. Prior to that, he was a member of the restructuring practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell and worked in the Securities & Exchange Commission and the United States Senate.
