Peter Gramkov focuses on senior-level CEO and boardroom assignments. He brings 25 years of executive search and leadership assessment experience, advising clients locally and internationally.
Based in Copenhagen, Peter led business operations in Denmark for Russell Reynolds Associates from 2014 to 2024, and is currently a member of our LEAP board, advising on promotions and development across the firm. Previously, he was a member of the global executive committee from 2015 to 2018.
Since joining, Peter has recruited more than 400 executives and is an expert within different ownership structures, with an emphasis on private-equity owned companies. He is also a core member of the firms Family Enterprise Advisory practice.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, he worked on the major account sales team for Compaq, now Hewlett-Packard, in Denmark.
