Puneet Kalra

Puneet Kalra advises boards and CEOs on a range of leadership matters, including succession planning, executive search, corporate governance, board and committee evaluation, and DEI. Based in New Delhi, Puneet is the firm's Country Manager and a senior member of the global Technology sector.

He specializes in business and professional services globally, working closely with Indian heritage, multinational, and private equity firms. He is also on the firm's Global Executive Committee.

Prior to joining RRA in 2010, Puneet was a management consultant for 13 years across Monitor Group and Accenture in India.
