Anita Wingrove advises global clients on CEO and C-suite succession, leadership development, and senior team effectiveness. Based in Melbourne, she serves clients across Australia, Asia, and globally, bringing more than 25 years of business and advisory experience across the APAC region.

Anita works with boards and executive teams on CEO succession planning, senior leadership assessment, and the development of high-performing executive teams. She has deep experience across a range of sectors, including mining and industrial, financial services, and technology. She is particularly passionate about CEO and senior leadership development, as well as advancing executive talent across Asia.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Anita spent over a decade with a leading global talent advisory firm, where she served as a senior client partner and led the Assessment and CEO Development Practice across Asia-Pacific. She also led the firm’s consulting businesses in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. Earlier in her career, Anita held a range of roles in financial institutions, including senior positions in human resources, marketing, and strategic projects for both retail and global businesses.
