Corrado Menghini

Corrado Menghini leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ Switzerland operations, and is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Practice, as well as its Global Human Resources Practice. He partners with clients across these domains to identify exceptional leaders, and advise senior executives on organizational transformation and change management.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Corrado was a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). His consulting work spanned Switzerland, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and South America, with a particular focus on Financial Services and People & Organization initiatives. Earlier in his career, he worked in the CFO department at UBS.

Before university, Corrado pursued a career as a professional ice hockey player, an experience that honed his leadership, discipline, and team orientation—qualities that continue to define his approach to executive advisory work.
