Dick Patton

Dick Patton leads the firm’s Global Consumer Sector. For nearly two decades, he has advised leading US-based and global public, private and startup companies on CEO succession, Board advisory and Director recruitment, as well as executive search, development and assessment.

He specializes in partnering with corporate Boards on full Board and committee evaluations, benchmarking and recruitment, and CEO succession. Dick’s thought leadership has appeared in dozens of eminent publications around the world.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Dick led practices in CEO Succession, Consumer and Marketing for a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm. Early in his career, he worked in Marketing and general management for Coca-Cola, Frito-Lay and two startups in the Consumer space.
