Emily Taylor co-leads the global Private Capital Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Based in both New York and London, she specializes in executive search for large-cap and mid-cap funds across both the US and Europe.

Emily's expertise spans senior investment professionals, value creation leaders, operating partners, and senior industry and country advisor roles, as well as investor relations and group functions. She also works closely with investment teams advising on critical leadership appointments, including CEO, CFO, Chairman, and board roles in the portfolio.

With 30 years of experience in executive search, assessment, and talent advisory, Emily brings deep sector expertise and a track record across private capital and financial services. Earlier in her career, Emily was part of the founding team of a boutique human capital advisory firm, where she built and led both the investment banking and private equity practices, and established the retail financial services and insurance teams.
