Khushboo Kumra Raja

Khushboo Kumra Raja works across industries to help companies recruit, develop, and assess critical talent for their leadership teams, while also advising them on leadership development and governance challenges.

Khushboo serves clients across the technology officers and technology business domain. She has completed several senior mandates in the Tech Officers domain across industries, and has also worked on commercial and CEO and Board positions for tech and digital native companies. She also works with several GCCs in India for their technology and India leadership requirements.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Khushboo worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company, Chicago, where she served clients in the United States, and later in India, across the automotive, industrial, pharma, and agriculture sectors. Here, she advised on topics such as business strategy, sales acceleration, digital-first customer engagement, and growth transformations.
