Mia Keinänen

Mia (she/her) is a member of the firm’s Leadership & Succession Sector, based in Oslo. She specializes in leadership and succession assignments, as well as executive assessment and development projects globally, with a particular focus in the Nordics. Diversity and inclusion is an inherent part of her work.

Mia rejoined Russell Reynolds Associates from a global executive search firm and Omino Business Psychology Advisors, where she used her knowledge in adult development to advise leaders, management teams, and boards. Prior to this, she spent four years at RRA, based in Oslo. She previously spent 10 years in academia researching decision-making and embodied cognition. She started her career as a professional dancer in the US, touring internationally.
