Miriam Capelli

Miriam works closely with Boards, CEO’s and Executive Teams as they navigate their most complex leadership challenges.

A clinical psychologist by training, Miriam brings together her deep understanding of human behaviour and motivation with over 20 years of experience in leadership advisory to support leaders and teams elevate their impact and performance. Miriam’s focus is on CEO & Senior Leader succession, executive coaching & development, and team effectiveness. Her work is underpinned by a nuanced understanding of the cultural diversity of the region.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates Miriam was the APAC Head of Assessment for another global Executive Search Firm. Earlier in her career she was a practicing clinical psychologist and also held several talent development roles in the public sector in Australia.
