Symon Elliott

Symon Elliott has more than 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership development advisory across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Before rejoining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2023 he founded and led Leaders Futures, a leadership advisory organization supporting C-level executive development through structured mentoring programs. Symon previously spent 18 years at Russell Reynolds, where he identified, developed, and advised boards and financial services leaders. He also led our operations in Europe and the US from 2008 to 2014.

Symon is passionate about leading with purpose and was recently Chair of Centrepoint, a leading UK youth homeless charity.
