Vinita Katara

Vinita brings over two decades of experience in executive search and leadership advisory, advising clients on C-suite succession, board, and C-suite recruitment.

Her clients include large Indian-listed companies, subsidiaries of MNCs, as well as portfolio companies of PE funds. She has also helped build top teams for a number of organizations.

Vinita leads the firm's Healthcare Practice and Corporate Officers Practice in India, and co-leads the Finance Officers Practice in Asia Pacific. She joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 2014 and is based in its Mumbai office.

Prior to working in executive search, Vinita worked in the pharmaceutical sector, where she held a number of sales and marketing roles. Her last role was with Bristol Myers Squibb's Oncology Practice, working as Head of Marketing for their blockbuster product on a pan-India basis.
