Before he joined Russell Reynolds Associates, Alexander oversaw Jones Lang LaSalle’s German asset and property management business units for more than five years. He was also lead MD for Tétris Projects, a business line covering turn-key design-and-build and workplace solutions. In this context, he established strategic partnerships with proptechs, implemented ERP software programs, and oversaw M&A processes and integration. Prior to that, he headed corporate strategy at Eurohypo/Hypothekenbank in Frankfurt. He started his career at McKinsey & Co., where he advised international banking, private equity, and real estate clients for more than seven years.
